Description
Annual holiday appetizer. Serve with Triscuits®.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can red salmon, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup chopped walnuts, or as needed
Instructions
- Combine salmon
- cream cheese
- lemon juice
- onion
- horseradish
- liquid smoke
- salt
- and Worcestershire in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until fully incorporated.
- Wrap cheese mixture in plastic wrap and form into a ball. Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours to overnight. Roll in chopped walnuts before serving.
