Three Bean Salad with Feta Cheese

I had been looking for a bean salad recipe but couldn’t find one that really stood out to me. I decided to make one myself. It turned out so well, all of my friends ask for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup grated red onion
  • ½ teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix black beans
  2. kidney beans
  3. great northern beans
  4. diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  5. feta cheese
  6. red onion
  7. Greek seasoning
  8. and garlic powder in a bowl.
  9. Whisk olive oil
  10. balsamic vinegar
  11. honey mustard
  12. and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl; pour over bean mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for about 2 hours for best flavor.
