Description A sweet and moist cake. Blueberries can be used instead of strawberries. Ingredients 1 ⅓ cups cornmeal ⅔ cup unbleached all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder ¾ cup unsalted butter 1 ¼ cups white sugar 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries Servings: 12
