Shortcake Biscuits with Bisquick®

Description

These shortcake biscuits made with Bisquick® are great with strawberries and whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 ⅓ cups baking mix (such as Bisquick®)
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix baking mix
  3. milk
  4. eggs
  5. sugar
  6. and butter together in a bowl. Drop into 6 mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden
  8. about 10 minutes. Let cool before splitting and filling.
