Description
I take these to work to keep my energy level up. My co-workers have offered to buy them from me!
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups quick oats
- 2 cups granola (such as Kashi®)
- ½ cup sunflower seed kernels
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
- ¼ cup ground flax seeds
- ⅔ cup crunchy peanut butter
- ⅔ cup honey
- ⅔ cup light brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix quick oats
- granola
- sunflower seeds
- chocolate chips
- raisins
- dried cranberries
- and ground flax seeds together in a large bowl.
- Combine peanut butter
- honey
- and brown sugar together in a saucepan
- stirring constantly over medium-low heat until sugar melts
- about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture
- stirring until well-blended. Press mixture firmly into 9×13-inch pan. Cut into 16 bars.
