Quick Cantonese Sauce

Description

This sauce is easy, tasty, and can be tossed into a wok or frying pan with meats and veggies.

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl
  2. stir together olive oil
  3. onions
  4. tomatoes
  5. ginger root
  6. and garlic. Season with sugar
  7. salt
  8. and soy sauce.
