  • ¼ cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 4 cloves finely minced fresh garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Spice Islands® Ancho Chile
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Spice Islands® Oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Spice Islands® Ground Cumin
  • ¼ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, minced
  • 4 large heads butter lettuce*
