Delicious delicately spiced chicken that is far from the norm for the American palate but not too weird so that even kids will eat it. Chicken is pleasantly saucy and goes well with rice.

  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth
