Melty Cheese and Tomato Sandwiches

Description

These open-faced cheese and tomato sandwiches are drizzled with Thousand Island dressing and grilled until irresistibly melty.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • ⅔ cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup Marie’s® Thousand Island dressing
  • 10 pear tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Toast bread in toaster oven or grill pan. Layer 1/3 cup cheese
  2. Marie’s Thousand Island dressing
  3. and tomato slices evenly over the bread slices. Top with the remaining cheese. Grill or broil until cheese has melted
  4. about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions.
