Last-Minute Lemon Spaghetti and Shrimp

Description

This delicious pasta dish comes together in about 20 minutes. The taste is fresh and tart! If you try this recipe using dried basil or bottled lemon juice, then you haven’t tried this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • ½ pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup peas, defrosted
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in boiling water
  2. stirring occasionally
  3. for 9 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 3 more minutes. Drain.
  4. Whisk together Parmesan cheese

  8. and salt in a large bowl. Add spaghetti
