Kohl Slaw

Description

A terrific way to add kohlrabi into your menu. Serve with wrap and stir-fried tempeh for a yummy lunch. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cherry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (such as Follow Your HeartĀ® VeganaiseĀ®)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon brown mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (Optional)
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 crisp apples, shredded
  • 2 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and shredded
  • 4 carrots, shredded
