Description
This is our rendition of a protein bar to have for quick meal/snack options that you can make at home. We really liked this one… not too sweet. We use fruit juice sweetened dried cranberries. You can set aside some of the nut mixture if you’d like to put on top, but it makes for messy bars.
Ingredients
- 2 cups walnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup pitted dates
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ teaspoons molasses
