Green Goddess Dip

Description

You can use ‘lite’ sour cream and mayonnaise, but the flavor seems a bit flatter.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • ¼ cup minced fresh chives
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend the sour cream
  2. mayonnaise
  3. garlic
  4. parsley
  5. tarragon
  6. lemon juice
  7. and anchovy fillets in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy; transfer to a bowl. Gently stir the minced chives into the sour cream mixture; season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
