Campfire s’mores in cookie form! You want these cookies to be slightly undercooked. It helps make them extra soft!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 graham cracker sheets, finely crushed
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ¼ cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cream butter
- brown sugar
- and white sugar together in a bowl. Add pudding mix and beat until well incorporated. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine flour
- graham cracker crumbs
- and baking soda in a bowl until evenly mixed. Add to the pudding mixture and beat until well incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows until evenly mixed
- adding more of each if desired.
- Drop cookie dough by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until slightly undercooked
- 8 to 10 minutes.
