Sharon’s No-Bake Granola Bars

I take these to work to keep my energy level up. My co-workers have offered to buy them from me!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups quick oats
  • 2 cups granola (such as Kashi®)
  • ½ cup sunflower seed kernels
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds
  • ⅔ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • ⅔ cup light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix quick oats
  2. granola
  3. sunflower seeds
  4. chocolate chips
  5. raisins
  6. dried cranberries
  7. and ground flax seeds together in a large bowl.
  8. Combine peanut butter
  9. honey
  10. and brown sugar together in a saucepan
  11. stirring constantly over medium-low heat until sugar melts
  12. about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture
  13. stirring until well-blended. Press mixture firmly into 9×13-inch pan. Cut into 16 bars.

Cook Time: 5 mins

Total Time: 20 mins
