Bubbie’s Chopped Liver

Traditional chopped liver, my grandma’s award-winning recipe! A must at our Shabbat table.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ¼ pounds chicken livers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chicken stock

Cook Time: 25 mins

Total Time: 4 hrs 40 mins
