Gooey Tortilla S’more

It’s easy and fun to make all year long. Kids can make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package large marshmallows, frozen
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) package graham crackers, crumbled
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cut frozen marshmallows into smaller pieces.
  2. Layer graham crackers
  3. marshmallow pieces
  4. and chocolate chips on 4 tortillas
  5. leaving a 1-inch border uncovered. Top with remaining 4 tortillas.
  6. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Cook tortillas until marshmallow pieces and chocolate chips are melted
  7. about 2 minutes per side. Let cool for 1 minute; cut into 4 wedges.

Cook Time: 4 mins

Total Time: 15 mins
