Original Irish Cream

Description

Irish whiskey mixed with cream and sugar with hints of coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and almond. Will keep for 2 months if refrigerated.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ⅔ cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk
  2. Irish whiskey
  3. heavy cream
  4. chocolate syrup
  5. coffee granules
  6. vanilla
  7. and almond extract in a blender. Blend on high speed until incorporated
  8. 20 to 30 seconds.
  9. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
