Description
These teriyaki-pineapple pork chops are so delicious you might want to double this recipe. Serve with fresh raw or grilled pineapple slices.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or more as needed
- 4 (8 ounce) bone-in pork loin chops
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and brown for about 3 minutes. Transfer chops to a slow cooker.
- Combine pineapple juice
- teriyaki sauce
- rosemary
- garlic powder
- salt
- and pepper in a bowl. Pour over pork chops.
- Cover and cook on Low
- 4 to 5 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
